Responsibilities

• Product Analysis: understand workflows, analyze requirements, study competitors, document improvements.
• Business Analysis: write user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, process mapping.
• Documentation: prepare test cases, reports, release notes, manuals, knowledge base articles.
• API Testing: use Postman for API tests, JSON validation, REST APIs, response checks.
• Product Research: compare competitors and suggest feature improvements.
• AI Productivity: use AI tools to draft docs, stories, and test cases.

Internship Objective

Unlike a traditional QA internship, this program develops future Product Analysts who understand product design, business requirements, the customer journey, manual and API testing, AI-assisted documentation, and product improvement. You will work directly with leadership, the Product Team, Developers, and Customers to help shape our products.

Key Responsibilities

Product Analysis: Understand business workflows, analyze customer requirements, study competitor products, identify product improvement opportunities, and prepare feature documentation.

Business Analysis: Write user stories, prepare acceptance criteria, create business requirement documents, and handle process mapping and workflow documentation.

Documentation: Prepare test cases, test reports, release notes, product manuals, and knowledge base articles.

API Testing: Use Postman for API testing, JSON validation, REST APIs, and response validation.

Product Research: Research competitors such as GlossGenius, Fresha, Vagaro, Square Appointments, Mindbody, Stripe, Shopify, and Toast; identify missing features and recommend improvements.

AI Productivity: Use AI tools to write documentation, prepare user stories, analyze workflows, generate test cases, improve UI text, and research competitors.

Required Skills

BE/B.Tech, MCA, BCA, BSc Computer Science, or any Engineering Graduate.
