Job summary

EzeiaTech Systems Private Limited seeks a data analytics-minded professional to examine user interactions, build dashboards, and summarize findings for decision-making. You will identify trends and inform product direction by collaborating with Product, Engineering and Design teams.

Ideal candidates have an Engineering/DS/Business Analytics background, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SQL, with clear written and verbal communication to convey insights to stakeholders.

About the role:

• You’ll examine patterns in how users interact with our products and systems
• Build and maintain dashboards that show key performance indicators and business metrics
• Create written summaries of findings with visualizations to support decision‑making
• Study the competitive landscape and broader market trends to inform product direction
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering and Design teams to translate data into actionable insights

What you’ll work on:

• Extracting and organizing data from various sources to answer business questions
• Identifying trends, anomalies and opportunities in user behaviour and product usage
• Documenting analysis methodology and results for stakeholders at all levels
• Supporting product teams with research on market dynamics and how competitors are positioning themselves
• Presenting insights and recommendations to help shape product strategy

What we’re looking for:

• Background in Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics or a closely related field
• Hands‑on experience with Excel for data manipulation and analysis
• Familiarity with SQL or ability to learn it quickly
• Strong ability to break down complex problems and think through them logically
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Genuine enthusiasm for understanding how technology products work and serve users
