Lucid is seeking a Product Analyst to support delivery of customer-facing and internal product initiatives across digital sales, CRM, and automotive service operations (Fixed Ops). This role partners closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and Operations to translate complex business and customer needs into clear requirements, executable plans, and shipped outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how vehicles, service operations, and digital systems intersect—and who enjoys clarifying ambiguity, connecting systems, and helping teams move faster with confidence.
Partner with Product Managers to translate strategy into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and dependency alignment in an Agile delivery environment.
Help teams move efficiently from problem definition to execution by clarifying scope, constraints, and success metrics.
Map end-to-end customer journeys across digital sales, ownership lifecycle, and automotive service (Fixed Ops) experiences.
Support initiatives spanning:
Service scheduling and appointment flows
Repair order lifecycle and status visibility
Roadside assistance and service communications
Customer notifications across calls, SMS, email, and in-app channels
Identify friction points using journey mapping, operational insights, and customer feedback, with a strong understanding of service operations realities.
Support initiatives across Salesforce CRM (Sales, Service, Revenue Cloud / CPQ) and related platforms.
Analyze current-state workflows, data models, and configurations to recommend improvements that enhance service efficiency, customer satisfaction, and scalability.
Collaborate with engineering, administrators, and vendors to ensure requirements are implementation-ready.
Coordinate integration needs across CRM, digital platforms, inventory, ERP, contact center, and service systems.
Define and track KPIs related to customer experience, service performance, and operational health.
Assist with UAT planning, test case creation, and execution, ensuring solutions meet real-world service and business needs.
Create dashboards, reports, and artifacts that provide clear, actionable insights to product and operations leaders.
Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and iteration, including summarizing requirements, generating flows, and validating concepts quickly.
Use visual tools such as whiteboarding, diagrams, and lightweight prototypes to align teams early and reduce rework.
Maintain a bias toward speed, clarity, and learning, rather than heavy process.
7–9 years of experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst supporting digital products, CRM platforms, or enterprise systems.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including Sales, Service, Revenue Cloud/CPQ, or similar platforms.
Proven ability to create clear, structured requirements that enable fast and confident execution.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complexity for both technical and business audiences.
Comfortable managing multiple parallel workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Direct experience with automotive service operations (Fixed Ops), such as:
Service scheduling, repair orders, and technician workflows
Dealer or OEM service operations
Familiarity with how service, parts, warranty, and customer care systems interact.
Ability to translate service operational realities into practical product and system requirements.
Experience working with service advisors, operations teams, or field/service organizations.
Experience with customer-facing web or digital commerce products.
Familiarity with system integrations across CRM, ERP, inventory, POS, or contact center platforms.
Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Lucidchart.
Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, CPQ, or Revenue Cloud.
Strong visual thinking skills, including sketching, whiteboarding, and journey mapping.
Turn complex automotive and service workflows into clear, actionable product requirements.
Help teams ship by simplifying systems, not adding process.
Balance customer experience, service operations, and technical feasibility.
Collaborate naturally across Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations.
Use modern tools—including AI to work faster and smarter.
