Job summary

3one4 Capital in Bangalore seeks a Product Analyst to partner with founders, uncover insights, and shape AI-first consumer experiences. You will translate data into actionable product direction and develop dashboards to monitor performance.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in high-growth tech startups or consulting, strong SQL and Excel skills, and experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Python/R knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in high-growth tech startups, management consulting, PE/VC funds.
• Hands-on experience using SQL daily to extract data and comfortable with Excel.
• Experience building dashboards on visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI, Periscope Data, Cluvio.
• Basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Closely work with founder to discover insights and solve high‑impact problems using data.
• Lead day‑to‑day analysis requirements and present insights in a structured form.
• Be on top of data to help develop actionable insights from daily/weekly product performance reviews.
• Collaborate with engineering and product to reach the root of a problem/insight.
• Leverage multiple sources of information to generate deeper insights.
• Design, run and measure experiments to test product hypotheses with founders.
• Monitor and forecast key business metrics regularly.

Kavana is looking for a sharp and curious Product Analyst with strong analytical fundamentals and a passion for working with data. In this role, you’ll work directly with the founders to uncover insights, shape product direction, and help us build AI‑first consumer experiences that users love.

About the job

Responsibilities:

• Closely work with founder to discover insights and solve high‑impact problems using data.
• Lead day‑to‑day analysis requirements and present insights in a structured form.
• Be on top of data to help develop actionable insights from daily / weekly product performance reviews.
• Collaborate with engineering and product to reach the root of a problem/insight.
• Leverage multiple sources of information (primary data analysis, qualitative research, etc.) to generate deeper insights.
• Design, run and measure experiments to test the product hypotheses in collaboration with founders
• Monitor and forecast key business metrics regularly.

Requirements:

• You have 1‑3 years of experience in high‑growth tech startups, management consulting, PE/VC funds.
• You have hands‑on experience of using SQL on a daily basis to extract data and are comfortable with excel.
• You have hands‑on experience in building dashboards on visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI, periscope data, cluvio etc.
• Breathe data and have exceptional problem‑solving and presentation skills.
• Preferably have some basic knowledge of python / R (not a deal‑breaker).
