The Role

As a Product Analyst, you will be the voice of the customer and the key link between stakeholders and the development team. You'll be responsible for defining product requirements, maintaining the backlog, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality solutions aligned with business goals. What You’ll Do

• Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog based on business value and customer needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements into actionable user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with overall business objectives.
• Provide clear, continuous communication to the development team on feature requirements and business logic.
• Review deliverables to ensure features meet quality standards and product vision before release.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and experience working in Scrum teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with developers, QA, and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar for backlog and roadmap management.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a SaaS or startup environment.
• Understanding of basic UI/UX principles.
• Exposure to API-based products and microservices architecture.
