Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier college.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Product Analytics or similar analytical role in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Curiosity about product behaviour, customer journeys, and metrics.
  • Hands‑on experience with visualization/BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or QlikView.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with product, business, and growth teams to identify key business challenges and translate them into structured analytical problem statements.
  • Own the end-to-end analytics lifecycle from data exploration and hypothesis creation to deep-dive analysis and actionable insight generation.
  • Leverage quantitative analysis to uncover trends, measure business impact, and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Analyse user behaviour, product funnels, retention metrics, and growth levers to identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks for monitoring key metrics.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, operations and leadership to drive product growth at scale.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting systems.

  • Problem Discovery and Structuring: Partner closely with product, business, and growth teams to identify key business challenges and translate them into structured analytical problem statements.
  • Insight Generation and Analysis: Own the end-to-end analytics lifecycle from data exploration and hypothesis creation to deep-dive analysis and actionable insight generation.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage quantitative analysis to uncover trends, measure business impact, and provide strategic recommendations that influence product and business decisions.
  • Product Analytics and Experimentation: Analyse user behaviour, product funnels, retention metrics, and growth levers to identify optimisation opportunities and support experimentation initiatives.
  • Dashboarding and Visualisation: Design, build, and maintain intuitive dashboards and reporting frameworks that enable teams to monitor key metrics and make informed decisions efficiently.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, operations, and leadership teams to solve complex business problems and drive product growth at scale.
  • Data Excellence: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting systems and analytical workflows.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier college.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Analytics, or a similar analytical role, preferably in a high-growth B2C or consumer tech environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on ambiguous business problems.
  • Strong curiosity about product behaviour, customer journeys, and business metrics.
  • Hands‑on experience with visualisation and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or QlikView.
