Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma, CIPS, CPSM, PMP or Agile credentials are advantageous.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional solutioning teams and large transformation pursuits.
• Ability to originate and shape opportunities with sales and delivery leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation opportunities across source-to-pay, procure-to-pay and supplier management.

Job Title - Procurement Transformation Sales and Solutions – AGM – PAN India

Candidate Expectations & Responsibilities

The Transformation Sales and Solutions Leader for Procurement will drive transformation-led growth across procurement, sourcing, category management and source-to-pay operations.

The role will shape client solutions that improve procurement efficiency, compliance, stakeholder experience, spend visibility, cycle time, savings realization and operating model maturity through consulting, digital platforms, automation, analytics and AI-enabled transformation levers.

Key Responsibilities

• 17+ years of experience in procurement transformation, sales & solutioning ,operations, sourcing, consulting, BPM/IT solutioning, transformation or shared services leadership.
• Graduate degree required; MBA/PGDM or supply chain/procurement certification preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma, CIPS, CPSM, PMP, Agile or equivalent credentials will be an advantage.
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional solutioning teams, large transformation pursuits or procurement transformation programs.
• Originate, qualify and shape procurement transformation opportunities across existing and new clients in collaboration with sales and delivery leadership.
• Lead large deal pursuits, proactive proposals, RFI/RFP responses, solution workshops, client presentations and solution defence sessions.
• Design end-to-end procurement transformation roadmaps covering source-to-contract, procure-to-pay, supplier management, category management and spend analytics.
• Develop solution blueprints, target operating models, transition assumptions, technology levers, governance models and value realization plans.
• Engage CPO, CFO, CIO, shared services and business stakeholders to articulate transformation outcomes and recommended operating models.
• Collaborate with platform, ERP, automation, analytics, transition, pricing, legal and commercial teams to build integrated solution responses.
• Create reusable procurement solution assets, benchmarks, maturity models, case studies and value levers for repeatable pursuit support.
• Guide solution architects, SMEs and transformation consultants during discovery, solutioning, proposal development and handover to delivery.
• Deep understanding of procurement operations including S2C, P2P, supplier onboarding, contract management, catalog management, buying channels and invoice support interfaces.
• Knowledge of category management, tail-spend management, supplier performance, compliance, risk controls and procurement policy governance.
• Experience with procurement platforms or adjacent ERP ecosystems such as SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, ServiceNow, workflow and analytics platforms is preferred.
• Ability to define KPIs such as savings, compliance, cycle time, touchless processing, first-time-right, supplier response time and user experience metrics.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to identify procurement pain points and convert them into solution themes and value propositions.
• Exposure to commercial constructs, pricing assumptions, workload drivers, productivity levers, transition risks and benefit commitments.
• Practical knowledge of automation, AI/GenAI, analytics, process mining, workflow, document intelligence and self-service enablement in procurement processes.
• Ability to present to senior stakeholders with clear linkage between business objectives, transformation levers, operating model and value outcomes
