The ideal candidate combines deep procurement domain expertise with strong technical acumen and hands‑on delivery capability to successfully lead complex, multi-country transformation initiatives. The role requires a leader who can engage CXO stakeholders, architect end‑to‑end procurement solutions, lead global delivery teams, manage program risks, and ensure successful implementation of digital procurement platforms while driving measurable business outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Global Program Leadership Lead end-to-end delivery of large Procurement Transformation programs across multiple geographies. Own delivery accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction. Successfully manage programs ranging from USD 5M-50M+ with distributed global teams. Drive executive governance with client leadership and steering committees. Ensure delivery excellence using Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Procurement Functional Leadership Provide deep expertise across the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle including: Strategic Sourcing Supplier Management Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Purchasing Operations Catalog Management Supplier Onboarding Invoice Processing Accounts Payable Integration Procurement Analytics Spend Analytics Supplier Risk & Compliance ESG & Sustainable Procurement
• Techno-Functional Leadership Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Lead functional design workshops and solution blueprinting. Review and approve solution architecture and integration designs. Drive end-to-end system configuration and implementation. Lead testing strategy including SIT, UAT, performance testing, and hypercare. Provide guidance on integrations using APIs, middleware, SAP BTP, MuleSoft, Boomi, or equivalent platforms. Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
• Procurement Technology Expertise Hands-on experience delivering one or more of: SAP Ariba SAP S/4HANA Procurement Coupa Ivalua Jaggaer Oracle Procurement Cloud GEP SMART Zycus ServiceNow Procurement Microsoft Power Platform AI-enabled Procurement platforms Digital & AI Transformation

• Client Engagement Serve as trusted advisor to Procurement, Supply Chain, and CIO leadership. Lead business transformation discussions. Present delivery status to C-suite executives. Drive executive workshops and value realization sessions. Build long-term strategic relationships.
• Delivery Governance Establish delivery governance frameworks. Manage RAID logs. Oversee change control processes. Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards. Drive risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• People Leadership Lead global cross-functional teams of 50-300+ members. Mentor delivery managers, solution architects, and functional consultants. Drive talent development, succession planning, and capability building. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Professional & Technical Skills

• 20+ years of overall IT Consulting and Delivery experience. 15+ years in Procurement Technology implementation. 10+ years leading global delivery programs. Experience delivering at least 8-10 end-to-end Procurement transformation programs. Extensive experience managing distributed global teams across North America, Europe, APAC, and LATAM. Proven experience working with Fortune 500 clients. Strong background in consulting, digital transformation, and business process reengineering. Experience managing programs exceeding USD 10M in annual delivery value.
