Job summary

Jade Global is seeking an experienced Procurement / Strategic Sourcing Analyst to manage category strategies, sourcing initiatives, supplier relationships, negotiations, and procurement projects.

The role requires strong experience in category management, RFP/RFQ leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, including with Legal and IT teams. Night shift aligned with PST hours offshore in India.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Procurement/Strategic Sourcing with proven impact.
• Strong category management, sourcing, negotiation and contracts experience.
• Experience with eSourcing, spend analytics, Excel and Google Workspace.
• Ability to lead complex sourcing events and cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category management and sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings and business objectives.
• Lead complex RFP/RFI/RFQ and supplier selection processes.
• Manage supplier negotiations, contracts, performance, spend, and risk.
• Collaborate with Legal, Information Security, Third-Party Governance, and business teams to drive agreements through the Source-to-Pay process.
• Develop reports and dashboards to track spend, savings, KPIs, and supplier performance.
• Lead cross-functional procurement initiatives and manage strategic relationships with key business units.

Procurement / Strategic Sourcing Analyst1 Job Description – Procurement / Strategic Sourcing Location: Offshore – India Shift: Night Shift | Supporting PST hours Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Procurement / Strategic Sourcing professional to manage category strategies, sourcing initiatives, supplier relationships, negotiations, and procurement projects while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preferred: MBA or Master’s degree.
• Procurement certification such as CPSM, CIPS, or CSP.
• Experience with Oracle/P2P systems, Workday Sourcing, Levelpath, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Strong project management and enterprise procurement experience.
