Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, seeks an experienced Procurement Specialist Lead in Hyderabad. The role focuses on executing procurement processes, RFPs, vendor approvals, payments, and program execution to meet procurement goals.

You will handle Ariba/L2/L3 support, new enhancements, and contract analysis with S4 Hana integration, ensuring compliant supplier performance and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Requires advanced knowledge obtained through a University degree, combined with experience Practical to substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work
• University Degree or equivalent Minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 year’s of experience

Responsibilities

• Executes processes, standards, and operational plans in support of Procurement goals, including RFPs, negotiations, cost accountability, and / or program execution.
• Approves and qualifies vendors to fulfill account needs.
• Responds to client issues or problems.
• Authorizes purchase orders and approves payments to ensure the procurement process goes smoothly.
• Analyzes and reviews price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to provide input on reasonable prices.
• Prepares and reviews request for proposals (RFP) and bid packages.
• Analyzes and monitors contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Working on L2 and L3 Ariba support tickets
• Implementing new enhancements and change requests based on business requirements
• Performing approval flow updates across Ariba documents and workflows
• Adding and configuring new custom fields in Ariba, including coordination with SAP Ariba SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing,Sourcing,SLP and contracts Management along with Guided Buying.
• S4 Hana Integration experience
• Application Support Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP Ariba applications
