Job summary

Ferrero in Pune, India, is seeking a Procurement Operations professional to ensure continuity of transactional activities across categories, manage supplier data, and monitor performance using dashboards.

You will support the invoicing flow, handle master data, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive process improvements in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related field with 1–3 years in procurement operations.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and compliant transaction management.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and procurement systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced international environment.

About the Role:

Ensure the business continuity executing all procurement transactional activities and related key administrative duties and data reporting, working cross category.

Monitor the performance using dashboards.

Manage PSC team in the Region ensuring business continuity and timely performance of operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supplier registration and master data management


• Purchase orders creation and modifications


• Purchase requisition review


• Support for the invoicing flow and other accounting issues


• Contact suppliers and internal stakeholders to solve issues related to procurement transactional activities


• Other procurement-related administrative activities


• Contract enablement


• Support in continuous process improvement

About You:

Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with 1-3 years of experience in procurement operations, transactional procurement, back-office administration, or customer service.

Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and procurement operations, ensuring efficient and compliant transaction management.

Hands-on experience with ERP and procurement systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba; SAP MM knowledge is an added advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications for reporting, analysis, and operational activities.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.
