Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, production planning, or supply chain management.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Strong skills in inventory, vendor management, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Plan procurement of RM & FG based on ~6K daily orders.
• Maintain optimal inventory; avoid stockouts & overstocking.
• Drive production planning, capacity utilization, and scheduling.
• Manage job orders, WIP, and output tracking.
• Coordinate with factory teams and balance in-house vs third-party production.
• Handle vendor onboarding, negotiation, and performance tracking.
• Manage BOM updates, formulation changes, and cost impact.
• Control wastage & expiry (FIFO/FEFO, batch tracking).
• Oversee PO lifecycle and procurement operations.
• Drive cost savings and process efficiency.
• Ensure compliance, documentation, and audit readiness.
• Track KPIs and provide actionable insight.
