Job summary

Accenture in Gurugram is seeking a Procurement Practice Specialist to support procurement operations, focusing on terms, tendering and supplier management. You will join the procurement team to ensure best value across goods, services, and works through structured procure-to-pay cycles.

You will contribute to designing best practices, driving compliance, and enabling timely procurement outcomes for the organization.

Qualifications

• Any Graduation required.
• 7–11 years of experience in procurement.
• Experience with procurement processes and P2P cycles.

Responsibilities

• Align with procurement vertical and help in finding and agreeing to terms, and acquiring goods, services, or works from external sources.
• Often via tendering or competitive bidding to ensure best price when quality, time, and location are considered.
• Work as part of procurement management team handling need finding, supplier qualification, proposals, negotiations, contracts, delivery and results analysis.
• Analyze and design best practices for tactical and transactional procurement processes.
• Plan implementation based on technologies involved and process output measures.
• Setup and maintain suppliers, catalog content, user data and procurement applications for compliant, efficient transactions.
• Be prepared for rotational shifts.
