Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Procurement Operations Associate in Bengaluru to support our procurement management team. You will move beyond PO processing to help clients achieve savings and value from their spend, while ensuring compliant, efficient transactions.

Qualifications: Any Graduation with 1–3 years of experience in procurement; you will work in rotations, handle supplier setup, catalog content, and transactional processes as part of a larger, global delivery network.

Responsibilities

• Provide setup and maintenance of suppliers, catalog content, user data and procurement applications to enable efficient transactions.

What would you do?

• Go beyond processing purchase orders at lower costs to help clients reap savings and value from the billions they spend on the goods and services that run their day-to-day business operations.
• You will be working as a part of Procurement management team which uses a systematic approach for buying all the goods and services needed for a company to stay sustainable They are involved in the identification of need finding and qualifying the suppliers requesting proposals negotiating with suppliers contracting delivery and analyzing results
• Analyze and design the best practices for tactical and transactional procurement processes.
• Plan implementation based on detailed understanding of technologies involved and best practice process output measures.
• Provide the setup and ongoing maintenance of suppliers, catalog content, user authorization data and procurement applications to provide efficient and effective transactions, and to help maximize compliance. What are we looking for?
