Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Procurement Practice Specialist to join our Procurement Operations in Gurugram, Haryana. You will support procurement processes, analyze spend data, and drive procure-to-pay activities across supplier engagements.

The role requires 7–11 years of experience and a strong ability to work within a team, prioritize workloads, and communicate clearly with stakeholders. This is a full-time position based in India with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have graduation with understanding of procurement processes.
• Experience in procurement cycles including tendering and supplier negotiations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Align with the Procurement vertical to source and contract goods/services from external suppliers, often via tendering or bidding.
• Ensure the buyer receives goods/services at the best price considering quality, quantity, time and location.
• Be part of the Procurement management team handling supplier identification, proposals, negotiations, contracting, delivery and results analysis.
• Design and implement best practices for tactical and transactional procurement processes.
• Plan implementations based on technology and process output measures.
• Set up and maintain suppliers, catalog content, user access and procurement apps for efficient transactions and compliance.
• Role may require rotational shifts.
