Responsibilities

• Voice and non-voice support via emails, chats, and phone calls.
• Work in night shift from 21:00 to 06:30.
• Contribute to procurement management, identifying needs, selecting suppliers, requesting proposals, negotiating, contracting, delivery, and analyzing results.
• Analyze and design best practices for tactical and transactional procurement processes.
• Plan implementation based on understanding of technologies and best practice output measures.
• Set up and maintain suppliers, catalog content, user authorization data, and procurement applications to ensure efficient transactions and maximize compliance.

• You will be working as a part of Procurement management team which uses a systematic approach for buying all the goods and services needed for a company to stay sustainable They are involved in the identification of need finding and qualifying the suppliers requesting proposals negotiating with suppliers contracting delivery and analyzing results
• Analyze and design the best practices for tactical and transactional procurement processes.
• Plan implementation based on detailed understanding of technologies involved and best practice process output measures.
• Provide the setup and ongoing maintenance of suppliers, catalog content, user authorization data and procurement applications to provide efficient and effective transactions, and to help maximize compliance.
