Genpact is seeking a Procurement Operations Analyst to support and execute key procurement workflows in Noida. You will manage requisition-to-purchase order activities, ensure compliance, coordinate stakeholder approvals, and assist supplier onboarding.

The role requires hands-on exposure to requisition validation, PO creation, supplier communications, and procurement systems. You will collaborate with business units to ensure timely processing and policy adherence.

Formación

• College / University Graduate or Equivalent with proven experience in procurement operations.
• 1-2 years of prior work, preferably in Procurement or Sourcing with healthcare industry will be preferred.
• Working knowledge of Oracle, SAP, Coupa and related Finance and Procurement applications.
• Excellent communication skills required to interact with suppliers worldwide.
• Candidates must be willing to work 5 days from the office, with a 6:00 AM IST shift start.

Responsabilidades

• Receipt and verification of Purchase requisition from Requestors
• Purchase order preparation, issuance and follow-up with suppliers
• Solve claims and queries from requesters and suppliers
• Create and maintain supplier catalogs and their contents
• Review and validate SKU creation requests for completeness and accuracy
• Perform duplicate SKU checks and ensure correct SKU numbering and naming
• Review supplier onboarding requests for completeness and compliance
• Support supplier registration through portals and ERP systems
• Validate supplier master information before creation
• Conduct duplicate supplier checks and coordinate resolutions
• Track supplier onboarding through approval workflows
• Create supplier master records in SAP, Coupa, Oracle or other ERP
• Maintain contract templates and contract approvals
• Create and execute standard and ad hoc reports
• Extract data from databases to build reports
• Daily communication with buyers, requesters and suppliers
• Helpdesk support and issue logging
• Develop/maintain templates & data library with customer
• LEAN-based process improvements

We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Operations Analyst to support and execute key procurement workflows. In this dynamic role, you will manage requisition-to-purchase order activities, perform procurement compliance checks, coordinate with stakeholders for required approvals, and support supplier onboarding and query resolution processes. You must have hands-on exposure to purchase requisition validation, purchase order creation, supplier communication, and procurement systems. The ideal candidate works closely with business stakeholders, requestors, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement processing, improve operational efficiency, maintain policy compliance, and support seamless purchasing operations.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to P&O, preferably from healthcare industry.

• Receipt and verification of Purchase requisition from Requestors
• Purchase order preparation, issuance and follow-up with the suppliers to ensure accurate and on time delivery
• Solve claims and queries coming from both requesters and suppliers
• Create and maintain supplier catalogs and their contents
• Review and validate SKU creation requests for completeness, accuracy and adherence to defined master-data standards
• Perform duplicate SKU checks and ensure adherence to SKU numbering, naming and classification standards
• Review supplier onboarding requests for completeness, accuracy and compliance with established procurement and supplier-management policies
• Support supplier registration through supplier portals, ERP systems and other onboarding platforms.
• Perform validation of supplier master information and supporting documentation before supplier creation.
• Conduct duplicate supplier checks and coordinate resolution of potential duplicate records.
• Track supplier onboarding requests through approval workflows and follow up with internal stakeholders and suppliers on pending actions.
• Create or support creation of supplier master records in ERP (SAP, COUPA, Oracle)/ procurement systems after all required approvals are obtained
• Maintain contract templates and manage the contract approval flow of executed sourcing activities
• Create and execute reports (standard and ad hoc)
• Be able to extract information from various kinds of databases and build desired reports
• Daily communication/interaction via email/phone with buyers, requesters and its suppliers
• Helpdesk Support - Collect, record systems/ operational issues, maintain log on helpdesk queries
• Develop/ Maintain Templates & Data library in collaboration with the customer
• Provides continuous improvement in processes using LEAN methods

Minimum Qualifications

• College / University Graduate or Equivalent with proven experience in procurement operations.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• 1-2 years of prior work, preferably in Procurement or Sourcing with in healthcare industry will be preferred.
• Ability to solve problems as the person will have to interact with different stakeholders within the organization to get things done.
• Working knowledge of systems including proficiency in Oracle, SAP, Coupa and related Finance and Procurement applications will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills will be required as the person will have to communicate with suppliers all over the world
