Job Title: Procurement Operations Executive (Third-Party Payroll)

Key Responsibilities
- RFP/RFI Management: Assist in leading Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes using tools like Ariba.
- Tactical Sourcing: Lead smaller-scale sourcing projects for sub-categories such as Events & Activations, Gifting & Merchandising, OOH, Design & Creative, Public Relations, Research, POS Materials, IT Equipments, HR Programs etc.
- Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence and perform benchmarking to identify new potential vendors and industry trends.
Vendor & Contract Coordination
- Onboarding: Facilitate the vendor onboarding process, ensuring all partners sign the Supplier Code of Conduct and meet compliance standards.
- Performance Tracking: Assist in tracking vendor KPIs and supporting the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) program.
- Contract Administration: Maintain the contract database and ensure timely renewals and compliance with Global Procurement guidelines.
Data Analytics & Reporting
- Spend Analysis: Perform regular spend deep-dives to identify savings opportunities.
- Savings Tracking: Update the eSavings database monthly to accurately report financial results and project progress.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all projects follow the internal "Contract Risk Management Committee" (CRMC) approval process.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Internal Support: Act as a point of contact for Marketing and HR teams to help them navigate procurement processes.
- Team Alignment: Work closely with Regional IP Managers to ensure local projects align with global strategies.
Experience & Education
- Experience: Approximately 2 years in Procurement or a related Commercial/Supply Chain role.
- Category Knowledge: Basic exposure to Marketing, Media, or Professional Services sourcing is a strong plus.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) and familiarity with E‑Sourcing tools (SAP/Ariba).
