Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Procurement Operations Analyst to convert approved PRs into POs and execute spot buy transactions. You will ensure policy compliance, data accuracy, and timely processing to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• PR-to-PO conversion: Validate PR details for completeness and compliance.
• Create PO in ERP systems (SAP, Coupa, Ariba) and ensure correct workflow routing.
• Send PO to suppliers and follow up for acknowledgment.
• Spot Buy Execution: Handle urgent or non-standard purchase requests.
• Source suppliers for spot buy requirements and ensure compliance with sourcing guidelines.
• Create and process Spot Buy POs in Procurement ERP.
• Compliance & Documentation: Adhere to SOX and operational controls.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and approvals.
• Support audits and provide required documentation.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate with requesters, suppliers, and internal teams for issue resolution.
• Escalate exceptions promptly.
