Job summary

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Conduct supplier evaluations, negotiations, and performance reviews.
• Analyze spend data and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and contractual obligations.
• Monitor purchase orders and resolve supplier-related issues.
• Support contract management activities, including renewals and amendments.
• Prepare procurement reports, dashboards, and spend analytics.
• Collaborate with finance and accounts payable teams to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.
• Participate in process improvement and procurement transformation initiatives.
