Job summary

Mahindra Aerostructures is seeking a procurement professional with 6-8 years of experience in manufacturing to drive supplier selection, cost optimization and compliance across indirect categories.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, negotiate favorable terms, monitor supplier performance, and lead risk mitigation to ensure reliable supply chains and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of procurement experience in the manufacturing sector.
• Experience in indirect procurement categories like Maintenance Spares, Cutting Tools, Hand Tools, General Consumables is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand procurement needs and deliver requirements efficiently.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate and build strong relationships for favorable terms.
• Monitor market trends and supplier performance to inform purchasing decisions and ensure reliability.

2 Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conduct negotiations and establish strong relationships to ensure favorable terms and conditions.

3 Monitor and analyze market trends, supplier performance and industry developments to make informed purchasing decisions. 3 Manage supplier contracts, agreements and performance reviews to ensure compliance and reliability.

4 Lead initiatives to drive cost reduction, enhance quality and improve delivery timelines.
