Job summary

LTM, an AI-centric global technology services company, seeks an Executive Procurement in Chennai. You will lead strategic procurement across Sales & Marketing functions, manage contracts, and drive spend analytics while ensuring governance and supplier performance.

Ideal candidates have hands-on SAP MM and Ariba experience, strong negotiation skills, and exposure to corporate procurement processes. Chennai-based role with global exposure and growth prospects.

Qualifications

• Hands-on corporate procurement experience.
• Exposure to global procurement practices across marketing, legal, payroll, HR, training, insurance, risk, compliance, remittance and travel.
• Ability to read contracts, negotiate terms and manage supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Strategic direction and execution of core commodity sourcing and governance.
• Manage end-to-end procure-to-pay processes and spend analysis.
• Coordinate supplier due diligence and risk management.
• Prepare RFQs, tender documents and contract tracking.

Strategic direction & Execute Core Commodity Sourcing, Contract Management & Governance, Contract Tracking & Compliance, Spend Management, Supplier due diligence, Capability evaluation, technical understanding, Vendor performance Evaluation, Decoding of Specification/Scope, Tender/ RFQ Document Drafting

Expert in Requisition to Source, Source to Contract, Contract to Order, Order to Pay and Spend Analysis

System Domain

Hands-on SAP ERP MM module, Ariba e-Sourcing

Skills

• Good knowledge of Procurement Global Best Practices (ROW) and ( Marketing | Legal| L&D | Immigration)

• Negotiation skills: - ability to negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.

Expectation

Qualification: Any graduate with hands-on experience in Corporate Procurement.

Preferred Job Location:- Chennai

Work Experience: 01 - 2 years (in Service Industry) and managing corporate functions (listed above) Sourcing in MNC

Geo Experience: Handled India/ US/ UK Sourcing for Captivity requirements

• The preferred International Experience (from a global view) would be highly preferred.
• Clear and understanding of SAP – MM User and its reports.
• Demonstrate a strong initiative, dedication and develop capabilities in adapting, evolving, and executing flawlessly.
