Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement analysis or supply chain management, with a focus on data analysis and supplier performance evaluation.
• Certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) is highly recommended to ensure a strong understanding of procurement processes and standards.

• Evaluates supplier performance and provides recommendations for improvement.
• Prepares reports and presentations on procurement performance metrics.
• Supports the implementation of procurement systems and tools to enhance efficiency.

• Understand systems and tools. Ensures quality, accuracy and integrity of information stored in relevant systems, enabling a single source of truth.
• Responsible for managing relevant stakeholders in the assigned scope.
• Ensure that all Procurement related risks are controlled and mitigated.

• Evaluates supplier performance and provides recommendations for improvement.

• Responsible for driving risk awareness by providing information on payment terms, contingency plans.

• Perform forward looking analyses on price & concept savings.
• Drive monthly analyses of actuals vs Annual operating plan.
• Define areas of improvement by clear understanding of all metrics.
• Define procurement business improvement areas.
• Responsible for driving risk awareness by providing information on cost trackers, concept savings funnel, contingency plans.
• Define and implement common ways of working for the business procurement.

Critical Experiences

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement analysis or supply chain management, with a focus on data analysis and supplier performance evaluation.
• Certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) is highly recommended to ensure a strong understanding of procurement processes and standards.
