Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Procurement Practice Analyst to support procurement operations and management. The role involves executing defined work scopes, maintaining client and supplier relationships, and ensuring quality standards.

A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of experience are preferred. Strong data accuracy, adherence to policies, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in procurement operations and procurement management is expected.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet SLA/KPI targets.

Responsibilities

  • Execute defined scope of work with the client and ensure SLA & KPI targets are consistently met.
  • Maintain effective customer and supplier relationships and support business needs.
  • Uphold quality and service standards for the project and drive continual improvement.
  • Verify purchase requisitions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policies.
  • Generate purchase orders based on requisitions from Operating Unit Buyers.
  • Ensure proper documentation of Purchase Orders.
  • Liaise with vendors to confirm PO acceptance and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with Buyers to resolve discrepancies and delivery issues.
  • Role may require rotational shifts.

What would you do?
  • Responsible for executing defined scope of work agreed with the client and making sure the SLA & KPI targets are consistently met.
