Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Procurement Practice Analyst in Mumbai to execute defined scopes of work, maintain strong client and supplier relationships, and ensure delivery quality. The role requires 3–5 years of experience in procurement and a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, or related field.

Responsibilities include verifying requisitions, generating purchase orders, and maintaining PO documentation, with potential rotational shifts as part of a diverse global delivery

Qualifications

• Liaise with vendors to confirm PO acceptance and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with Buyers to resolve discrepancies and delivery issues.

• Responsible for executing defined scope of work agreed with the client and making sure the SLA & KPI targets are consistently met.
• Ensure effective customer and supplier relationships and support the business needs.
• Accountable for maintaining quality and service standards for the project and delivery continual improvement.
• Verify purchase requisitions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Generate purchase orders based on requisitions received from different Operating Unit Buyers
• Ensure proper documentation of Purchase Orders
