Qualifications

• Over 10 years of progressive procurement experience across hardware, software, real estate, staffing and facilities.
• Proven track record of negotiating favorable terms and driving cost savings.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage data to inform procurement decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication in a multi‑cultural environment.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance standards in India.
• Familiarity with e-procurement platforms, ERP systems and digital workflow tools.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior management.
• Experience managing large-scale real estate and facility projects.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and mitigate supply chain risks.

Responsibilities

As a Procurement professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of hardware, software, real estate, staffing, and facility resources that drive the organization’s operational excellence. Leveraging over a decade of experience, you will manage end-to-end procurement processes, negotiate with vendors, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Chennai and beyond. Your deep understanding of market dynamics, regulatory compliance, and technology trends will enable you to make strategic sourcing decisions that align with business objectives. You will also spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline procurement workflows and enhance value delivery to the organization.

Key Responsibilities
