Job summary

Deloitte Shared Services India seeks a seasoned IT Procurement leader to build and scale the technology procurement function in India. You will drive operating models, mentor a high-performing team, and implement standardized policies, processes, and dashboards.

Responsibilities include leading sourcing strategies across cloud, software licensing, IT infrastructure, and managed services, while negotiating complex contracts and driving long-term value partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12–15+ years of experience in IT Procurement, Technology Sourcing or Vendor Management.
• Experience leading technology procurement transformation and optimization initiatives.
• Experience in multinational / GCC / large enterprise environments preferred.
• Proven leadership in building and scaling procurement organizations.
• Strong experience across software, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, telecom and cybersecurity procurement.
• Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, software licensing and vendor management.
• Deep understanding of enterprise technology procurement and commercial models.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive presence.
• Analytical mindset with focus on cost, efficiency, and value delivery.
• Experience with SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, ServiceNow Procurement or equivalent tools.
