Job summary

Coforge, Bengaluru, invites applications for a Training Specialist who can craft comprehensive curricula, tailor training for each process, and deliver pre-process and process-specific sessions to drive knowledge growth across teams.

You will assess process knowledge, monitor on-the-job performance during implementations, coach staff, report certification outcomes, maintain training records, and coordinate with onsite stakeholders. Willingness to travel and work in shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of Netro online experience nationwide (as described).
• 5+ years of experience in training on full search processes in states like CA/TX/FL.
• Working knowledge of Netro online or related applications; similar systems acceptable.
• Familiarity with MS Outlook; MS Word and Excel is a plus.

Job Specification:

• Develop comprehensive course curriculum to nurture skill growth and knowledge enhancement
• Customize Training requirements for all employees as per the process requirement
• Able to conduct Pre-process & Process Specific Trainings
• Conduct timely assessment to evaluate Process Knowledge of all employees
• Monitor new hire performance during OJT phase for successful Process Certifications
• Provide Coaching & Feedback to enhance agent performance
• Report out Post Certification performance to measure training efficiency
• Conduct and report out PKTs on a monthly basis
• Able to communicate with Onsite clients on a need basis for Training/clarification/new process transitions
• Knowledge of creating SOPs & Process Maps for new Transitions process is an added advantage
• Willingness to work in round the clock shift and travel to different location as per business requirement
• Identify the training needs based upon new updates/system changes (CRM)
• Schedule individual and team training on a need basis
• Evaluate strengths and weaknesses of the new hires to ensure right employees being aligned to the process
• Maintain Training Records / Dashboard
• Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking
• Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees
• Prepare learning materials for training programs
• Need to be well-informed of Title Search & Exam
• Nationwide wide (Netro online & Plant search)
• Title Point, Data Trace, TDI, Integrity & relevant application experience (2-3 Years)

Essential Skill

• Nationwide wide (Netro online (3-4 years)
• 5+ years of experience in training on full search process in states like CA/TX/FL
• Working knowledge on application & Netro online. Similar system knowledge is acceptable
• Familiarity with MS Outlook required and MS Word and Excel experience a plus
