GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a Process Simulations Engineer to design and maintain quantitative models that forecast business outcomes for capital projects across Greenfield and Brownfield sites.
You will build high-fidelity simulations of supply chains, operations, and market shifts, translate results into action-ready recommendations, and support lean and continuous improvement initiatives through what-if analysis and data-driven decision support.
The Process Simulations Engineer designs and maintains quantitative models to forecast business outcomes and stress-test strategic scenarios across GE Vernova's Greenfield and Brownfield capital projects.
This role builds high-fidelity simulations of supply chains, operational workflows, and market shifts; uses them to quantify risk and project the impact of variables such as resource constraints, policy changes, or demand fluctuations; and translates simulation outputs into clear, objective recommendations that inform capital allocation and lean/continuous improvement decisions.
Develop high-fidelity simulations replicating complex business environments (supply chains, operational workflows, market/demand shifts) grounded in a detailed understanding of current-state (as-is) operations
Use models to stress-test initiatives, quantify risk, and project the impact of variables like resource constraints, OEE drift, or economic fluctuations.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
