Qualifications

• 3+ years experience developing Process Mining solutions using Celonis.
• Experience developing OCPM ETL pipelines and perspectives, views, action flows and Celonis AI capabilities.
• Knowledge and understanding of SAP ERP data and business processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; German could be an advantage.

• Develop and enhance OCPM ETL pipelines, views, action flows and other Celonis technical solutions, primarily using SAP data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to test and validate new process mining developments.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL pipelines to ensure data Refreshes.
• Ensure the optimal solution and technical design for the use case.
• Proactively analyze processes for improvement opportunities and present findings with proposed solutions.
• Develop value tracking dashboards to measure value realized from process mining.
• Train and enable stakeholders on dashboards and maintain documentation.
• Communicate regularly with Process Mining team and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Develop deep expertise in process mining technologies and stay updated on best practices.

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for integrating new data areas into the Celonis Process Mining platform and implementing ETL pipelines using Object-Centric Process Mining. You'll build analyses, identify opportunities for process improvement, communicate them to stakeholders and develop solutions in Celonis. Additionally, you'll be responsible for working with stakeholders to test and validate new developments.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Develop and enhance OCPM ETL pipelines, views, action flows and other Celonis technical solutions, primarily using SAP data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to test and validate new process mining developments.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL pipelines to ensure consistent data refreshes.
• Ensure the optimal solution and technical design is implemented to tackle the defined use case.
• Proactively analyze processes for improvement opportunities, process inefficiencies and root causes, and present findings to stakeholders with proposed solutions (i.e. process change or Celonis solution).
• Develop value tracking dashboards to measure value realized for process improvements and insights delivered via process mining solutions.
• Train and enable stakeholders on Warehouse Management dashboards and maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Communicate regularly with the Process Mining team and stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high quality.
• Develop and maintain deep expertise in process mining technologies, staying current with the latest enhancements and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with internal Avnet procedures and policies.

Additional Tasks:

• Manage certain work packages independently.
• Work directly with stakeholders to gather and document requirements and KPI definitions for process mining solutions.
• Participate in regular alignment calls with stakeholders to present new developments and upcoming developments.
• Train, support and mentor other process mining developers, reviewing and approving technical solution designs.
• Project management activities.
• Support knowledge transfer within the Business Intelligence department.

The Ideal Person:

• 3+ years experience developing Process Mining solutions using Celonis
• Experience developing OCPM ETL pipelines and perspectives, views, action flows and Celonis AI capabilities
• Knowledge and understanding of SAP ERP data and business processes
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Very strong analytical skills
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus and a team player
• Fluent in English
• Intermediate to advanced German language skills could be an advantage
• Experience working with SAP EWM data and processes could be an advantage.
