Looking for process manager for sulphuric acid at Nellore, Andhra Pradesh.

Process Manager role: overseeing the entire production cycle in a sulphuric acid plant, focusing on efficiency, quality control, and safety. This role requires expert knowledge of the contact process, especially DCP Plant which is the industry standard for high-concentration acid production.

Good experience in the process of manufacturing of Sulphuric acid process for our DCP Plant.

• Good work experience in sulfuric acid plants. The main features of this DCP plant process.
• Controlling process parameters.
• Co‑ordination between field and control room.
• Implementing safety procedures and practices.
• Issuing safety permits for various maintenance jobs related to boilers and plants.
• Planning and implementation of preventive maintenance and shutdown jobs.
• Operation of CHEMICAL DOSING system and water treatment of boilers.
• Troubleshooting of various problems occurred within the process works.
• Cold plant start up.
• Major revamping work experience of sulfuric acid plant.
• Daily production calculations and reports maintenance.

Education: M.Sc - Chemistry (or) A bachelor's degree in chemical engineering is typically required.
