Job Description

• Management accountant is an integral part of our management accountant CoE and works closely with the group entity to whom the person is aligned. The person works closely with the Financial Controller and key business contacts to deliver high‑quality accounting support services to the partner entities.
• Responsible for preparing and finalising month/quarter/year‑end management accounts and ensuring integrity of accounting data – both P&L and balance sheet.
• Provide accurate, timely, and relevant production cost information to business unit stakeholders.
• Produce forecasts and budgets in line with company‑wide timetables.
• Use quality/lean principles/continuous improvement in management accounting activities – not inclusive of your own area.
• Matrix reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• ICWA or CA or ICWA Inter or CA Inter.
• Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience managing activities such as costing, budgeting, variance analysis, MEC activities.
• Knowledge of general accounting practices and financial management.
• Analytical and communication skills.
• Understanding of accounting integrity and control – applying and adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
• Business/industry knowledge – company structure, functions, and relevant policies and procedures.
