Job summary

Bunge Mohali, Punjab, is seeking a Process Executive - PTP to handle invoice processing, PO creation/modification, and T&E claim activities within the Finance - Procure to Pay team.

You will ensure controls to prevent duplicates, support daily/weekly/monthly reporting, and collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders while adhering to Bunge AP policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce with 2–4 years of AP experience.
• Experience in SAP for invoice processing and PTP subprocesses.
• Understanding of internal AP policies and controls.

Responsibilities

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly management reporting and KPI tracking.
• Subject Matter expert for invoice processing, PO creation/modification, and payment processing.
• Ensure controls to avoid duplicate or wrong posting.
• Adherence to Bunge AP policies for accounting.
• Complete daily allocation within defined TAT; act as a point of contact for business, requestors and vendors.

Role Purpose Statement This position requires experience as Subject Matter expertise in invoice processing/T&E claim processing/Payment Processing/PO Creation or modification etc.
Main Accountabilities

• Daily/Weeky/Monthly Management reporting – KPI’s, Challenges, focus areas, etc.
• Subject Matter expertise in PTP subprocesses Invoice Processing of vendor invoices through VIM/SAP, Creation or Modification of PO's, Claim processing, Payment Processing.
• Ensuring all necessary controls checks to avoid any duplicate / wrong posting.
• Adherence and compliance to internal Bunge AP Polices for Accounting.
• Complete daily allocation within defined TAT.
• Point of Contact for local Business, Requestors, Vendors

• Daily, Weekly reporting to stakeholders and Management
• Completion of daily allocated invoice count within the defined TAT.
• Validate commodity, non-commodity and Inter-company invoices.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in commerce with relevant 2-4 years of experience in AP Domain; SAP Knowledge
