Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Mumbai seeks a candidate from the chemical or bulk drug industry to join our production team. The role focuses on process operations with exposure to DCS/SCADA/PLC systems and ensuring smooth offloading of raw materials as production demands.

The selected candidate should have basic process knowledge, familiar with distillation, filtration, drying, and other unit operations, and be able to work shifts while coordinating with the service department for smooth plant

Qualifications

• Preference for candidates from chemical or bulk drug industry.
• Experience with DCS/SCADA/PLC or batch process plant.
• Ensure smooth offloading of raw materials and chemicals as per production needs.
• Handling critical operations: distillation, filtration, drying, and other unit operations.
• Basic technical knowledge of process and production.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work shifts.
• Coordinate with service department for smooth plant operation.

Responsibilities

• Offload raw materials and chemicals as per production needs.
• Monitor and support DCS/SCADA/PLC controlled processes.
• Assist in distillation, filtration, drying and related unit operations.
• Maintain safety standards and shift readiness.
• Coordinate with production and service teams for uninterrupted operations.

• Candidate Should be Preferred from Chemical, Bulk drug Industry
• Candidate Should have Work Exposure on DCS/SCADA/PLC or Batch Process Plant
• Ensure the offloading of Raw Material & Chemicals would take place smoothly as per production need.
• Handling critical operations like Distillation, Filtration, Drying and other unit operations.
• Having basic technical knowledge of Process and production
• Having sharp knowledge of safety and able to handle shift activity as per requirement.
• Coordination with the service department for smooth operation of the plant.
