Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in India seeks a chemical/process operator with exposure to DCS/SCADA/PLC or batch processing. The role requires handling unit operations, maintaining process safety, and coordinating with the service department to ensure smooth plant performance.

Candidate should prefer experience from chemical or bulk drug industries and be prepared for shift work while upholding safety standards across the plant.

Qualifications

• Candidates from chemical, bulk drug industry preferred.
• Experience with DCS/SCADA/PLC or batch process plant is required.
• Ensure smooth offloading of raw materials and chemicals as production demands.
• Handling critical operations such as distillation, crystallization, evaporation, filtration.
• Basic technical knowledge of process and production.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to handle shift work.
• Coordinate with service department for smooth plant operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee offloading of raw materials and chemicals as per production needs.
• Operate and monitor unit operations such as distillation, crystallization, evaporation, filtration.
• Maintain safety standards and manage shift activities.
• Coordinate with service department to ensure smooth plant operation.
• Maintain basic process and production knowledge for continuous improvement.

• Candidate Should be Preferred from Chemical, Bulk drug Industry
• Candidate Should have Work Exposure on DCS/SCADA/PLC or Batch Process Plant
• Ensure the offloading of Raw Material & Chemicals would take place smoothly as per production need.
• Handling critical operations like Distillation, Filtration, Drying and other unit operations.
• Having basic technical knowledge of Process and production
• Having sharp knowledge of safety and able to handle shift activity as per requirement.
• Coordination with the service department for smooth operation of the plant.
