Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy invites experienced chemical process operators to join our Gurgaon facility. You will work with DCS/SCADA/PLC driven batch processes, handling distillation, crystallization and filtration while ensuring safety and quality.

You must be prepared for shift work and coordinate closely with service and maintenance teams to keep the plant running smoothly and meet production targets. Knowledge of process safety, ISO standards and equipment like pumps, valves, heat and mass transfer

Qualifications

• Experience in chemical processing with exposure to DCS/SCADA/PLC systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of batch processing and unit operations.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work shifts.
• Capable of coordinating with service departments for smooth plant operations.
• Proficiency with distillation, filtration, drying and related unit operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth offloading of raw materials and chemicals.
• Operate distillation, crystallization, evaporation and filtration units.
• Coordinate with maintenance/service teams to ensure plant efficiency and safety.
• Maintain compliance with process safety and ISO standards.

Job description

• Candidate Should be Preferred from Chemical, Bulk drug Industry
• Candidate Should have Work Exposure on DCS/SCADA/PLC or Batch Process Plant
• Ensure the offloading of Raw Material & Chemicals would take place smoothly as per production need.
• Handling critical operations like Distillation, Filtration, Drying and other unit operations.
• Having basic technical knowledge of Process and production
• Having sharp knowledge of safety and able to handle shift activity as per requirement.
• Coordination with the service department for smooth operation of the plant.
