Job summary

• Experience in manufacturing process design and implementation for sheet metal and weld shop.
• Proven ability to prove welding fixtures and control distortion.
• Familiar with PFMEA and process control methods.
• Reading engineering drawings, BOM and routing systems is required.
• Hands-on with SOP, Poka-yoke, Kaizen and process innovations.

Functional Competencies / Skills critical for thejob

• Experience inManufacturing process design and implementation, facility development andproving in Sheet metal fabrication and Weld shop. (Laser cutting, Sheet Bending,Tube bending, MIG Welding)
  
• Experience in provingwelding fixtures, controlling welding distortion etc.
  
• Working knowledge in Surfacecoating processes (Powder coating, Painting and Plating)
  
• Good understanding of Engineeringdrawings, BOM and Routing systems.
  
• Good knowledge andexperience in PFMEA Process
