Job summary

Genpact in Jaipur (Work from Office) invites applications for the role of Process Developer, Record to Report. The position requires extensive knowledge and experience in General Accounting, with a US shift.

You will handle journal entries, month-end close, reconciliations, and intercompany activities in a dynamic, tech-driven environment. Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, macros) and familiarity with Blackline or similar tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/B.Com or equivalent finance degree.
• Experience in RTR operations in a reputed setup.
• Solid understanding of Blackline or similar tools is preferred.
• Strong MS Excel skills including Pivot, VLOOKUP and macros.

• Fixed Assets Capitalization Maintenance and Intercompany Accounting
• Bank & Investment Reconciliations and General Ledger Reconciliations
• Fixed Assets Reconciliations and identifying reconciling items
• Escheat Reconciliations and Corporate Reporting
• Internal & External Audit and SOX Compliance
• Understanding of SAP/Oracle would be added advantage

Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for all the activities related to general accounting which include:

• Fixed Assets Reconciliations (FA Clearing & SL-GL) and Identifying reconciling items and its clearance
• Escheat Reconciliations and Corporate Reporting
• Internal & External Audit and SOX Compliance
• Understanding of SAP Oracle would be added advantage
