Job summary

10XTD is seeking a Process Controls Specialist to lead internal controls engagements, including SOX advisory, implementation, testing, refresh and optimization for financial institutions. The role focuses on Banks, NBFCs and Fintechs with 1–5 years of experience, requiring CA and hands-on leadership of a 4–6 member team.

Office-based in Mumbai, working from Mumbai. You will prepare proposals, flyers and detailed reports, and contribute to business development through client-ready documentation

Qualifications

• CA with 1–5 years of work experience in Process Control roles.
• Experience in leading engagements around Internal Controls/SOX advisory, implementation, testing, refresh, transformation and optimization.
• Experience in Banks/NBFCs/Fintech or Big 6 in last 3 years.
• Experience with IFC, COSO, SOX, IFCoFR guidance.
• Experience managing a team of 4–6 individuals.
• Experience preparing proposals, flyers, detailed reports and other documentation.

• Previous work-ex (Preferable): Big 6 OR Industry- Banks and NBFCs
