Job summary

Big 4 firm in Mumbai seeks an experienced Chartered Accountant with strong expertise in Internal Controls, SOX Advisory and IFC. The candidate should have minimum 3 years in Banking, NBFC or Fintech sectors and proven ability to lead engagements and manage teams.

Responsibilities include control assessments, framework implementation, testing and optimization, client relationship management, and delivering detailed documentation and proposals.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with post-qualification experience.
• Experience in Internal Controls / SOX Advisory / IFC.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Banking / NBFC / Fintech sectors.
• Experience in leading engagements and managing a team of 4–6 members.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Internal Controls, SOX Advisory, IFC and related governance frameworks, along with experience in the Banking, NBFC or Fintech sectors.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with relevant post-qualification experience.
• Experience in Internal Controls / SOX Advisory / IFC.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Banking / NBFC / Fintech sectors.
• Experience in leading engagements and managing a team of 46 members.
• Knowledge of IFC, COSO, SOX and IFCoFR frameworks.

Preferred Background: Candidates from Big 4 / Big 6 firms or the Banking / NBFC industry.
