Job summary

Promaynov Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd is seeking a seasoned professional to lead engagements around Internal Controls and SOX advisory, with hands-on implementation, testing, and optimization.

The role targets banks, NBFCs, and fintechs, requiring 3+ years in these sectors and strong knowledge of IFC, COSO, SOX and IFCoFR. You will manage 4–6 staff and be responsible for proposals and client documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have led engagements around Internal Controls/SOX advisory, implementation, testing, refresh, transformation and optimization.
• Sectors worked: Banks, NBFCs, Fintechs for the last 3 years.
• Well-versed with IFC, COSO, SOX, IFCoFR and general industry practices.
• Managed a team of 4–6 individuals.
• Experience preparing proposals, flyers, detailed reports and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements around Internal Controls and SOX advisory, implementation, testing, refresh and optimization.
• Oversee client engagements in Banks/NBFCs/Fintechs with the last 3 years of sector experience.
• Provide IFC/ COSO/ SOX guidance and ensure compliance with industry best practices.
• Manage and mentor a team of 4–6 professionals.
• Prepare proposals, flyers, and detailed reports for clients.
• Develop and deliver documentation supporting projects and deliverables.

• 'The candidate must possess prior experience of the following
• i) Leading engagements around Internal Controls/ SOX advisory, implementation, testing, refresh, transformation and optimization
• ii) Sectors worked upon- Banks, NBFCs, Fintech Companies for at least last 3 years
• iii) Well versed with technical literature/guidance on IFC, COSO, SOX, IFCoFR and general industry practices
• iv) Managed a team of 4-6 individuals
• v) Preparing proposals/flyers, detailed reports and other documentation
• Previous work-ex (Preferable): Big 6 OR Industry- Banks and NBFCs
