Create, design, prepare and deliver complex legal and/or tax forms and information for use in various media platforms. May provide leadership and work direction to team or workgroup.

About the Role:

Design complex tax and/or legal forms that comply with specifications and established forms guidelines.
Develop multi-dimensioned objects, scenarios, functions and scripts.
Identify and resolve complex issues and/or errors and provide recommendations on enhancements.
Test own work.
Monitor quality and legal sufficiency as a second tier user contact.
Provide input on improvement of department processes and procedures to drive quality and efficiency.

About You:

May assign and monitor forms work flow for quality and timelines.
May develop and learn new tools to use for creation, tracking, assigning and coordinating work.
May create composing templates for use by the team members.
May conduct training for junior staff.
Act as a primary contact for external and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and clarify specifications.
Provide escalated support in workflow processes.
May prioritize, review and verify work of others for accuracy and completeness.
