Job summary

Thoucentric Technology Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Process Consultant with strong expertise in Investment and Wealth Management processes. You will partner with business stakeholders, map processes, define solutions, and support implementation across advisory, investment, and operations workflows.

Responsibilities include leading As-Is/To-Be assessments, operating model design, KPI definition, and collaboration with tech teams.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience as a Functional Consultant / Business Analyst in Investment or Wealth Management.
• Strong understanding of front-office, middle-office, and operations processes in wealth/investment domains.
• Hands-on experience in process mapping, requirement gathering, documentation, and UAT.
• Exposure to AI, automation, and data-driven transformation initiatives.
• Ability to translate business problems into structured functional solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead As-Is process assessments, identify inefficiencies, and design To-Be processes.
• Support operating model design across people, process, data, and technology layers.
• Define KPIs and measurable outcomes—efficiency, accuracy, cycle time reduction, STP %, etc.
• Collaborate with technology and product teams to ensure alignment with business processes.
• Support UAT, training, documentation, and change management activities.
• Identify use cases for AI, analytics, and automation across investment/wealth operations.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements with AI/data/engineering teams.
• Validate outputs from AI/automation solutions and ensure business expectations.
• Act as a bridge between business users, product owners, and vendors.
• Manage day-to-day functional delivery, prioritization, and issue resolution.

Role Overview

We are looking for anexperienced Process Consultant with strong expertise in Investment/WealthManagement processes, hands-on skills in process consulting and businesstransformation, and working knowledge of AI, data, and automation solutions.
This is a client-facing role where you will partner with business stakeholders,understand requirements, map processes, define solutions, and supportimplementation across advisory, investment, and operations workflows.

Key Responsibilities

1. Process Consulting& Transformation

• Lead As‑Is process assessments, identify inefficiencies, and design To‑Be processes.
  
• Supportoperating model design across people, process, data, and technologylayers.
  
• DefineKPIs and measurable outcomes—efficiency, accuracy, cycle time reduction,STP %, etc.
  
• Collaboratewith technology and product teams to ensure alignment with businessprocesses.
  
• SupportUAT, training, documentation, and change management activities.
  

2. AI / Data /Automation Support

• Identifyuse cases for AI, analytics, and automation across investment/wealthoperations.
  
• Workwith AI/data/engineering teams to translate business needs into technicalrequirements.
  
• Supportdesign of functional workflows for:
  
• Workflow automation (RPA)
  
• Client 360 and data qualityimprovements
  
• Validateoutputs from AI/automation solutions and ensure they meet businessexpectations.
  

4. Stakeholder &Delivery Management

• Actas a bridge between business users, product owners, technology teams, andvendors.
  
• Manageday-to-day functional delivery, prioritization, and issue resolution.
  
• Preparefunctional documents, user stories, process flows, and test scenarios.
  
• Ensuresmooth functional deployment and post‑implementation support.
  

Requirements

RequiredQualifications
