Qualifications

• Practical experience with Alteryx (data preparation & workflow automation).

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented FinanceBusiness Analyst to support our engagement with a client in FMCG sector.The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between finance stakeholders anddata/technology teams, ensuring accurate requirement gathering, documentation,and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

• Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to understandbusiness processes, objectives, and pain points.
  
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements(BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows).
  
• Translate business requirements into functionalspecifications for technical teams.
  
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, andrequirement validation sessions.
  
• Ensure traceability of requirements through theproject lifecycle.
  
• Support UAT planning, execution, and sign-offprocesses.
  

Finance Domain Expertise

• Strongunderstanding of Finance processes such as:
  
• P&L analysis
  
• Budgeting & Forecasting
  
• Cost management
  
• Ability to interpret financial data and alignanalytics outputs with business objectives.
  

Data Analysis & Technical Skills

• Perform data extraction and analysis using SQL.
  
• Develop and maintain workflows using Alteryx for data transformation and automation.
  
• Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and rootcause analysis.
  
• Build structured datasets to support reporting anddashboarding needs.
  
• Collaborate with BI teams for reporting andvisualization initiatives.
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications
