The Global PlantLine Services Department at Fuller Technologies is a dedicated lifecycle services organization responsible for delivering comprehensive support, optimization, maintenance, and cybersecurity services for customers operating Fuller automation and digital solutions under PlantLine Agreements (PLA). The department provides 24x7 global remote support, proactive monitoring, performance optimization, lifecycle management, and cybersecurity services to maximize system reliability, availability, performance, and business value. With service agreements spanning more than 350 customer plants worldwide, the department plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, customer success, and long-term sustainability of automation investments.
