Job summary

BSI Financial Services in Gurgaon is seeking a Process Associate – Payoff (US Mortgage) with 2+ years of experience in payoff processes. The role involves handling payoff requests from borrowers, investors, and authorized parties, reviewing loan documents, and applying payoff conditions.

The job requires a Commerce graduate with first-class percentage, night shift work, and strong Excel skills to perform calculations and ensure accurate payoff statements.

Qualifications

• B. Com / M. Com qualification.
• Exposure to US Mortgage and Pay Off department is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform payoff tasks as per guidelines including payoff requests from borrowers, authorized 3rd parties, investors.
• Review loan documents (Promissory Note) and apply conditions for payoff statements.
• Calculate interest, default interest, extension fees, and late charges per loan terms.
• Send payoff statements to investor for approval and then to requester.

Experience – 2 plus years Working Experience in Pay Off Process/ US Mortgage/ Mortgage Servicing

Shift – Night Shift / As per business requirement 24*7

Education – Commerce Graduate with First Class Pass Percentage

Location – Gurgaon

Job Details

Perform Pay Off tasks as per the defined guidelines – These tasks include payoff requests from borrowers, authorized 3rd parties, investors, and foreclosure/bankruptcy department.

• Reviewing loan documents (especially Promissory Note) and apply all the given conditions while preparing the payoff statement.


• Doing calculation for interest/default interest/extension fees/late charges as per the defined instructions per loan document.


• Sending payoff statement to investor for approval and once approved need to send to requester.
