Job summary

Kids for the Future in Gurgaon seeks an Escrow PA with 2+ years US Mortgage experience to manage insurance & tax setup, escrow analysis, and document review like HUD/CD, flood certs, and tax bills.

You will coordinate with US vendors, onboard loans, and ensure timely document collection. Graduate degree required; knowledge of Fiserv/LoanServ/Sagent is a plus; strong communication and numerical skills are essential.

• 2+ years of US Mortgage experience (Origination/Servicing)
• Graduate/PG required
• Escrow knowledge is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Perform escrow tasks per defined guidelines
• Gather information from documents before updating the system (LoanServe)

?Job Title/Designation – PA - Escrow (US Mortgage)

Exp- Atleast 2+ years of Exp in Mortgage documents (added advantage- Escrow Background)

Location –Gurgaon

Summary/Objective

Escrow – PA is responsible for setting up the insurance & tax lines for newly boarded loan in the system. User is also responsible for other tasks like yearly escrow analysis, flood determination set up, tax contract set up, Escrow breakdown, Bill Pay task etc. Escrow resource also responsible to provide the loan documentation requested by insurance/tax vendors.

Essential Functions

• Perform escrow tasks as per the defined guidelines
• Gather pertinent information from documents before updating the system (LoanServe)
• Follows up with Tax vendors, Insurance vendors, onboarding team for pending documentation
• Email Communication with US team or client point of contacts as per process requirement
• Review & validation of following documents: HUD/CD, Initial Escrow statement, Flood certificate, Tax document, title etc.
