Job summary

Kids for the Future in Gurgaon is seeking a Process Associate for Payoff (US Mortgage) responsibilities. You will review loan documents and apply payoff conditions, ensuring accurate payoff statements for borrowers, investors, and third parties.

The role requires 2+ years in payoff or mortgage servicing, a B.Com/M.Com background, and the ability to work night shifts as per business needs. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.

• Night shift / 24x7 shift as per business requirements

Responsibilities

• Review loan documents (Promissory Note) and apply conditions to payoff statements.
• Calculate interest, default interest, extension fees, and late charges as per loan instructions.
• Send payoff statements to investor for approval and, after approval, to the requester.

Job Title/Designation – Process associate - Payoff (US Mortgage)

Experience – 2 plus years Working Experience in Pay Off Process/ US Mortgage/ Mortgage Servicing

Shift – Night Shift / As per business requirement 24*7

Education – Commerce Graduate with First Class Pass Percentage

Location – Gurgaon

Perform Pay Off tasks as per the defined guidelines – These tasks include payoff requests from borrowers, authorized 3rd parties, investors, and foreclosure/bankruptcy department.

• Reviewing loan documents (especially Promissory Note) and apply all the given conditions while preparing the payoff statement.
• Doing calculation for interest/default interest/extension fees/late charges as per the defined instructions per loan document.
• Sending payoff statement to investor for approval and once approved need to send to requester.
