• Knowledge of Fiserv/LoanServ/Sagent system.

• Follows up with Tax vendors, Insurance vendors, onboarding team for pending documentation.

• Review & validation of HUD/CD, Initial Escrow statement, Flood certificate, Tax document, title etc.

Summary/Objective

Escrow - PA is responsible for setting up the insurance & tax lines for newly boarded loan in the system. User is also responsible for other tasks like yearly escrow analysis, flood determination set up, tax contract set up, Escrow breakdown, Bill Pay task etc. Escrow resource also responsible to provide the loan documentation requested by insurance/tax vendors.

Essential Functions

• Perform escrow tasks as per the defined guidelines
• Gather pertinent information from documents before updating the system (LoanServe)
• Follows up with Tax vendors, Insurance vendors, onboarding team for pending documentation
• Email Communication with US team or client point of contacts as per process requirement
• Review & validation of following documents: HUD/CD, Initial Escrow statement, Flood certificate, Tax document, title etc.
