Job summary

Imitr HR Consulting Services is seeking a candidate for loan processing and BPO support. You will collect and verify documents, advise clients on mortgage quotes, and ensure data accuracy in the CRM system.

The role requires English fluency, MS Office/CRM proficiency, and willingness to work the 5:00 AM shift from Kandivali West, Mumbai. Prior US/UK/AU mortgage exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 0–3 years of experience in Loan Processing or BPO.
• Fluent English and MS Office/CRM knowledge.
• Exposure to US/UK/AU mortgage processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, verify & audit loan documents for mortgage clients (US/UK/AU).
• Follow up for document collection and update in CRM.
• Guide clients on interest rates, processing quotes and charges.
• Run basic income calculations and clear files with internal operations.
